Yeah, it's spelt funny. It all got started when Terry Birston had been doing the open mic thing around town at various coffee places and pubs. In 2006, Curtis started joining Terry on bass on a regular basis. With this folky sound they recorded an almost Christmas disc, "Wreathe," with another open mic regular, Scott Druming. The next year they added Mike as their drummer, beefed up the sound and started recording, while playing the occasional show around the city at spots such as the Albert, the Zoo and Park Theatre. In 2009, they hope to do an indie release of their efforts, simply titled, "part 1 and 2." |
