Morning show host, Samantha Stevens, from our sister station Peggy @ 99.1, shares her favourite calorie-less asparagus recipe.
- Herb & Garlic cream cheese
1. Spread garlic & herb cream cheese over prosciutto slices.
2. Wrap slices of prosciutto around 2 or 3 asparagus spears.
3. Arrange wrapped spears in a single layer on a medium baking sheet covered with foil. I usually mist the foil with olive oil spray.
4. BBQ on or off cookie sheet until prosciutto is crisp.
5. Don’t count calories and never forget a good wine.
