Maybe you’ve had one of those days where you absolutely pig out and you say to yourself, “It’s all good, I’ll work it off.” Well, seeing how much exercise it ACTUALLY takes to work off those calories might change your mind about eating those foods. Because of that, there is talk of putting the “burn off” time on food labels.
