Wear jewel tones–or a colour that brings out your eyes. It makes you look younger!
and don’t drink…alcohol flushes you. That’s blood vessel dilation that over time can become permanent, aging you!
HOW CAN YOU GET A BETTER SLEEP?
Invest in a red light. All light from electronics…TV, your cell, your tablet keep you from shutting down for the day. It stops melatonin production, the hormone that keeps your sleep and wake cycle going.
Identify your sleep triggers! Keep with the routine you have before bed that helps you fall asleep and stay asleep. Be consistent with it.
GYM HABITS THAT PEOPLE CAN’T STAND:
-Avoid dropping weights.
-Don’t take up too much space
-Random “shadow boxing.” You don’t look cool.
-Inappropriate commenting on other people working out
-grunting. We get it. You’re tough.
