You might remember Micheal Jackson’s kids from their time wearing handkerchiefs in public, or being dangled from balconies. Well those kids are starting to grow up, and now a billion dollar decision must be made.
In 1985 Jackson bought the rights to songs by the Beatles. Those rights were split 50/50 between Sony music and his estate after his death. Now his kids are turning 18, and a decision will be made. Do they try and buy out the other 50% for a BILLION dollars, or accept a BILLION dollar buy out for their half.
