Judge Richard Berman has nullified the NFL’s 4-game suspension of Tom Brady for his role in “Deflategate.”
Berman made his announcement on Thursday, three days after Brady and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told the judge the two sides could not reach a settlement.
Brady can now start the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, September 10.
The NFL can still appeal the decision.
